Text and graphics should
be submitted as electronic files on CD, DVD,
or via e-mail, in PC compatible format. Artwork for scanning should
be submitted by mail. Please submit copies of artwork wherever
possible — we cannot accept responsibility for returning
originals.

Text files should be
in ASCII or text format (most word processors will allow you to
save files as "Text Only"), or MS Word. Graphics files should
be in GIF, JPG, or PNG formats.

Hard copies of both
text and graphics files should be submitted by mail, if you need
the material organized to your own layout specifications. Such specifications
should be clearly marked.

Quotes will be supplied,
by e-mail or regular mail, for all custom services after your request
has been received.

Important: All
new customers must return a signed copy of our Terms and Conditions
agreement before we can begin any work on your project.
